  
We love the interplay between Victorian femininity and modern day rock n' roll sensibility in the Sophie Necklace. While the trompe l'oeil draped chain bow evokes girlish charm, we cut uneven ends and hand-dipped the gold chains to give them a tinge of tarnish and a touch of edge. Amping up the bling factor is a centerpiece of solitaire-cut iolite that scintillates mischievously between muted indigo and violet brown. All in all, the effect is like a knowing wink and smile, saying "I can be sugar and spice, but there's a fiery streak within."
