Shipping & Handling

We ship all our orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). All packages are insured. Transit time ranges from 2-6 business days. If you would like your shipment to be expedited, you can choose from 2-Day Air or Next Day Air shipping*. Due to the recent increase in UPS shipping rates and fuel surcharges, we have unfortunately had to increase our Express shipping rates.

Currently, LINEA NERVENKITT ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO, and international destinations are unavailable at this time.

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can usually track your package within 24 hours of receiving this shipment confirmation.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO RESIDENTS: All orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air, which are the only available shipping methods to these states. An additional $10.00 or $15.00 (Alaska) shipping surcharge will apply to standard ground shipping rates.

*Please keep in mind that expedited shipping applies only to the shipping/time in transit. PLease note the availability information given for each jewelry design in each product description.
