When you finish checking out, we instantly receive your order. You will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Though we try our best to keep our online boutique updated, at times certain designs will be unexpectedly popular and hence be back-ordered or delayed in their shipment. We will let you know if any items you ordered will be delayed. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us within 24 hours if any changes need to be made. As every design is individually handmade when it is ordered, the standard processing time of each piece of jewelry is noted in its product description page. Your credit card will be authorized, but not charged, until we are actually preparing your order for shipment (1-5 business days prior to shipment). Once your jewelry order is complete, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package online! We deliver all our jewelry in gift boxes with gift bags. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to 24 hours after your order has been placed, provided that we have not begun processing your order.
